The beautiful end unit is located in a small building within the safe and secure Aldea Zama development. We are located in the jungle just 5 minutes to the spectacular sandy beaches and downtown Tulum.

These are the closest condos to the beach and it is accessible by foot, bike path or car. Our airy, private unit has a lovely outdoor patio facing the pool - the best pool at Aldea Zama!

Both bedrooms are spacious with very comfy queen size beds and the master has an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has direct access to the main bath. Each bath has a large walk-in shower and both bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own air conditioning.

The main living area also has air, a ceiling fan and large sliding doors that open up to the patio facing our beautifully tiled pool. 

There are miles of gorgeous sandy beaches to explore and we're just 15 minutes from the entrance to the Sian Kaan biosphere. Downtown Tulum with shops and restaurants is less then a mile away. The Tulum ruins are just around the corner and Gran Cenote is a few kms away. XelHa is 10 minutes from Tulum. Akumal is a 12 minute drive, 30 minutes to Playa del Carmen and Coba is an easy 45 minute drive. Valladolid is one hour by car.
